A veteran at moving, having traveled across the country and Europe 33 times at the least. The states she has called home include New York, California and New Jersey. The countries she has called home include France and Austria. Keenly aware of the frustrations that can come when moving to a new city or new home Gloria is committed to helping families move across oceans, countries and states with as much ease as someone moving across town!

Gloria began her Real Estate career first as a mortgage loan originator, then she decided that having a Real Estate license will help further her career so she sat for her license in 1987. Later she became a Realtor’s assistant and then moved on to become the Marketing/Advertising Director for a Real Estate company with 5 offices. Once she became familiar with the business from the back end, she took a leap of faith and moved over to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate industry. Since then there is no turning back. Gloria decided it was time to join the prestigious Sotheby’s franchise in 2016. Gloria has successfully helped families achieve the “American Dream” in Monmouth and Ocean counties, New Jersey.

2020  Gloria was hit with Covid19 while getting an estate house ready to market. She was one of the first to get in Monmouth County where no one really knew what was going on and she ended up in the hospital in intensive care for 2 weeks. It took a great toll on her yet she persevered to get the estate property SOLD through the whole ordeal.
2019 Gloria was contacted by a former client of hers to market a New Development that he was building caled Charleston Woods in Marlboro, NJ. It was a 15 custom home subdivision. The homes were from 3,400 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. Price range started at $900,000. Gloria SOLD OUT the all the homes by the end of 2020 with the last new construction custom home to be completed in 2021.

2017-2018 Gloria took her Real Estate Instructor course and passed her state exam. With her instructor license she is teaching people who want to become real estate agents and make a first or second career. She has taught for Frank Felice at Maecom Tinton Falls and Resources Realty NJ Prep Red Bank, schools and her main night classes are at Caplan school in Neptune Township off Route 66. Also during the year she also teaches continuing education to already licensed agents and offices in order for them to renew their licenses, which is mandated by law of the NJ Real Estate Commission.

2016 for Gloria was slow because she decided to join the prestigious franchise of Sotheby’s International Real Estate and finally moving into her house and trying to get settled as well as restarting in a new office slowed thing down.

2012-2015 Gloria and her family had the ordeal of Super Storm Sandy. It took her 4.5 years to finally get back into her home. During this time, between getting the house elevated and totally reconstructed, with a husband who broke his hip; Gloria was selling 15 to 18 houses per year and she closed $8,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 per year. A client of her asked her to market a Custom New Townhome development on the water in Long Branch called River Pointe. It was an 11 unit subdivision. These homes were from 3,100 sq. ft. to 3800 sq. ft. and were priced from $599,000. Because of Super Storm Sandy it took some time to get them ALL SOLD by the end of 2014.

2009 was a good year  for Gloria she had $5,000,000 in closed real estate transaction ranging from $278,000 to $1,900,000 in price range.

2008 Gloria had  $3,200,000 in closed real estate transactions ranging from $314,000 to 950,000 in price range.

2007 Gloria started very seriously going to  classes for her Broker’s license. It took 6 months of going 2 x a week for 8 hours. She took her test in April and passed it after 60 minutes, while others from her class took the full allocated 3.5 hours. 2007 was the year that Monmouth Park Race Track hosted the Breeders Cup for the first time and the residents got Breeder’s Cup fever. Gloria marketed over 100 properties for rent for the Breeder’s Cup.  Gloria met many local owners and experienced positive results from her new interest in working on web design. She designed a website specifically for the Breeder’s Cup properties and was very successful in marketing the properties to potential attendees.

2006 has been an exceptional year for Gloria in sales and marketing. Gloria attended Howard Britton Star Power conference to learn and implement NEW ideas and technology for her services. She even starred in the show with Star and Howard Britton.

She held her first Annual Client Appreciation Party and what fun that was.

She also started the course for her Broker’s License which will last 6 months.
2004 and 2005 have ushered in very good years for Gloria and “her people” as she affectionately calls them.

2003 was a difficult personal year for Gloria because her mother passed away, and she had to go overseas to Vienna, Austria. Even during her time of need Gloria was able to find a silver lining in her dark cloud. As a result of her selling her mother’s property she was invited to lecture at the University of Vienna to local realtors, management and corporate entities involved in real estate. The subject in discussion was the differences of real estate practices in Europe versus the United States. She has been asked to return and lecture at the University on the subject on an on going basis.
