What happens after completing a 75 Hour Online Course & PASSING the School Course Test?
Once you have passed the School Course test and are issued a PASS certificate, you will need to do the following:
- Pass a state exam that is administered by PSI. The cost is $45.
PSI has many locations statewide. More information can be found at https://candidate.psiexams.com/ - Once you have Passed the State Exam, you will be required to get your fingerprints.
This is done by Indentogo and they have many locations in NJ. More information can be found at https://www.identogo.com/locations/new-jersey - Once you have completed the above, you are then eligible to Affiliate yourself with a Real Estate Brokerage.
While you are doing the above, you can simultaneously interview with Real Estate Brokerages you may be interested in pursuing and affiliating yourself with.
REMEMBER … A year is a year is a year!
you MUST be Licensed within one year of passing the school exam.
Otherwise all you did is pass a state exam that’s all! AND you will have to take the Real Estate Course ALL OVER!
