Assembly Committee Approves Bulk Sales Notice Exemption
The Assembly Commerce and Economic Development Committee approved A-2748 on Thursday. This legislation exempts seasonal rental properties and certain other residential dwellings from bulk sales notification requirements. Before becoming law, this legislation must be approved by the full General Assembly and Senate and be signed by Governor Chris Christie.
