* The rates we offer are 2.5% interest only for any term,, which is what every borrower selects, also we have the 5/1 ARM at 3.75% or the 10/1 ARM at 4.625% both interest only. In addition with the ARM products can see a reduction in rate of 1/8th for a purchase loan, and an additional 1/8th off for a relationship.

* In addition we can create synthetic LTV for properties that have value issues and blend a credit line, asset loan and mortgage to one product.
