The bill has bn sent 2 the White House 4 the President's signature. ths extension is gr8 news 4 yr buyers. It allows 4 the additional time needed 2 cont 2 close & fund loans in a responsible manner, while still ensuring homebuyers receive the tax credit 4 which they R eligible. Please keep in mind that ths extension affects only those who have alrdy applied 4 a loan & have bn in contract before April 30th; it does not allow 4 new applicants 2 receive the tax credit.
