This Fall Lunch Break is in need of your help
You can welcome fall and winter by giving your closets a spruce up and helping out someone in need at the same time. Lunch Break is seeking donations of clothing. You can recycle your gently used and/or new garments with someone who needs a new fall wardrobe – especially business attire for Lunch Break’s Suit Up program.
They are especially in need of in-season casual men’s and children’s clothing. They are looking for long-sleeved shirts,sweaters,lightjackets, jeans, athletic wear, sweatpants, work boots, sneakers,new bras, new underwear, hoodies and sweatshirts.
Donations are accepted Mondays and Fridays 10 am to 1 pm at the Red Bank Clara’s Closet, 10 Drs. James Parker Blvd. in Red Bank.
Lunch Break’s Family Promise Program, which helps families transition from homelessness to temporary housing, is also in needof personal care products. They are looking for soaps and body washes, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, plus supplies for babies including diapers and diaper cream, wipes, formula, baby shampoo and lotions, and baby food.
