What do Home Buyers think about prices?….

37% of Home Buyers feel that the home is overpriced by 10% to 20%

Another 37% believe that the homes are overpriced by less than 10%

Now if we can take the 10% off from the Buyers side and took 10% off from the seller's side maybe the housing market could start moving up and not down. Hmmm.
