This week on Wednesday we celebrate the Summer Solstice and welcome the first true day of summer.
Did you know not only is it the longest day of the year, but this is also the day when raw eggs will stand on end?
I know, I didn't believe it either, but for some reason on the Equinox, eggs will balance on end. The actual time of the Equinox is 7:09 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20 if you want to try the experiment for yourself.
